With over three decades of experience in the cycling industry, Long will bring strategic leadership, data-driven insights, and a deep commitment to supporting retailers in achieving sustainable growth.
In his new role at HLC, Long will oversee the company’s U.S. sales team of 16 professionals, including both outside and inside sales representatives. Reporting to Chad Smith, HLC’s Vice President, Long will lead efforts to expand market share, strengthen dealer relationships, and drive HLC’s mission to serve the cycling industry with innovative tools and strategies.
