Emily brings extensive leadership experience in hospitality, retail, and outdoor recreation, having driven operational excellence and team development in prior roles such as Chief Operating Officer at The Cliffs Climbing + Fitness (acquired by Movement). Emily’s passion for cultivating environments where employees, customers, and communities thrive aligns seamlessly with The Hub & Pisgah Tavern’s mission to serve as a cornerstone for outdoor enthusiasts and a hub for the local community.
Emily will oversee a team of three managers and 25 employees while spearheading The Hub & Pisgah Tavern’s next phase of growth. Her role encompasses operational leadership, strategic planning, and community engagement to elevate the customer journey and drive sustainable expansion into new ventures such as lodging facilities, curated adventures, and expanded food and beverage offerings.
